Our Library Catalog
The Garfield County Public Library District catalog is full of books, movies, CDs, DVDs, magazines and other materials for your use.  We are also part of a consortium called Marmot.  Marmot is a consortium of Western Slope libraries that have decided to share their collections.  Now when you request or place a "hold" on an item that is checked out or that we do not own, the system will check other Marmot-member libraries for the item.  If another library has the item, it will be sent to the Garfield County Branch Library of your choice for you to pick up. This way you do not have to wait for the Garfield Libraries' copy of the book to be returned.  Just go to the catalog and where it says "Garfield County Public Library" use the drop down menu to select "Marmot Global" and then proceed to search for the item and place a hold as usual.

You can also see what materials are currently checked out to your card (including their due dates) and renew items online. From the catalog main page, click on "My Library Card" in the center column. You will need your library card number to log in.
