Equipment sales usually occur once a year in January.  More information will be provided when a date is set.

Book Sales

Each branch of the library has either an ongoing book sale located in the library or a book sale held once or twice a year.  Book sales are presented by each branch's Friends of the Library group.  Come find some great deals and support your local branch!

Rifle and Parachute Friends

We had successful book sales on April 26-27 and May 1-3 in Rifle and on May 2-4 in Parachute. Thank you for your support!

Glenwood Springs Friends

This spring's sale takes place May 3-10 in the basement of the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. Hours are as follows:

Saturday, May 3, 10 am to 4:30 pm
Sunday, May 4, 1 to 4:30 pm
Monday, May 5, 10 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday, May 6, 10 am to 7:30 pm
Wednesday, May 7, noon to 5:30 pm
Thursday, May 8, 10 am to 7:30 pm
Friday, May 9, 10 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday, May 10, 10 am to 4:30 pm

Carbondale Friends

The sale takes place May 16-24 in Carbondale's Gordon Cooper Branch Library during regular library hours:

Closed Sunday
Monday and Wednesday: 10 am to 8 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 10 am to 6 pm
Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm

The next Silt Friends sale will take place during Silt Hey Day on August 2, 2008.
