The Gordon Cooper Library in Carbondale Colorado is a branch of the Garfield County Library District. It functions as a full service community library. Colorado Library Card participants are entitled to use all the library's resources including wireless Internet access, public access computers, interlibrary loan services, and an on site collection of books and media consisting of 18,000 items. The library is located in the center of the Downtown core of Carbondale, in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley. Carbondale is a small, eclectic town known for it's scenic beauty, and outdoor recreation.
