 Children in kindergarten through 2nd grade are invited to the New Castle Branch Library on Friday, February 22 from 12 to 2 p.m. to study the culture of Mexico and the art of metal tooling with Ms. Ashley Mickelson. Children will use books, games, internet research, art projects and even make a snack to gain information about these two great presidents.
