Meeting Room Info

We have meeting rooms available for use by governmental, public, private, and non-profit groups at our Parachute, Rifle, Glenwood Springs, and Gordon Cooper (Carbondale) Branch Libraries. Events must be free and open to the public.
 
Please read our Meeting Room Policy. All meeting room requests must be accompanied by a completed Meeting Room Request Form. You may download a One-Time Meeting Room Request or a Recurring Meeting Room Request form here or ask for one at any of our branch libraries. You may complete the request form online but you will need to print it, sign it, and bring it to the library whose meeting room you are requesting.
