Longtime resident LaVerne "Bubbles" Starbuck will present her book “From the End of the Road: Country Schools of Garfield County” which covers rural schools west of Glenwood Springs from 1894 to 1947. Laverne will share stories, a slideshow, and sign books. This program is offered in partnership with the Rifle Heritage Center.
