Families are invited to bike the Library Trail in celebration of the RIDE Garfield County Team Challenge taking place June 19-26. Sheriff’s Auxiliary and Kiwanis Club volunteers will be on hand at 9:15 a.m. for bike safety checks, air for tires, and free helmets. Everyone will meet and depart from the Grand Valley Recreation Center’s lower level parking area and arrive at the library about 30 minutes later. Take a break for a cool treat and Summer Reading sign-up after. Rides back up the hill available from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
