A Briefly Complete History of Aspen

The Frontier Historical Society and the Glenwood Springs Branch Library will co-host the third installment of the library's annual Winter Lecture Series on Thursday March 20 at 7 p.m. with “A Briefly Complete History of Aspen.” This original production, written and duct-taped together by Crystal Palace alum Mike Monroney, is a whirlwind trip through Aspen's wild and irreverent history, featuring Monroney, Nina Gabianelli (another Crystal Palace alum) and local language contortionist Lee Sullivan. The three actors play multiple roles as they act out Aspen’s history in a hilarious romp through time. The program is open to the public and will be held in the community meeting room.
