Dana and Susan Robinson, an acoustic duo from Asheville, North Carolina, are performing at the Parachute Branch Library on Wednesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. Their sound is a blend of oldtime mountain music and contemporary songwriting featuring the guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and banjo. Their songwriting is oriented to the American landscape, and one of their instrumentals was featured by Ken Burns in his PBS documentary "Our National Parks, Americas Best Idea."
