The Town of New Castle and teens from the New Castle Branch Library will work together to help beautify the town with large wooden flowers on Main Street. Children & teens over the age of 10 are invited to join in the fun on Friday, July 17 & 24. Meet at the OZ workshop at 331 W. Main Street at 10:00 a.m.
