Your Rifle Branch Library has teamed up with Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions to provide free health screenings at the library! There will be screenings on the Wednesdays of December 13 and 20 as well as January 10, 17, 24, and 31 from 2 to 7 p.m. and will include cholesterol (HDL, LDL & triglycerides), blood glucose, blood pressure, and BMI (Body Mass Index). The events include available one-on-one health coaching in English and Spanish. Free and open to all adults. Please register by calling the library at 970-625-3471.
