Human Resources Manager

The Garfield County Public Library District is seeking a skilled, self-motivated individual to serve as the Human Resources Manager to be based in our Support Services office in Rifle. This person will be in charge of all human resources for the Library District. Tasks will include hiring, onboarding, policies, procedures, and benefits. Branch Manager

The Garfield County Public Library District is looking to fill the position of Branch Manager (location to be determined).

Outstanding candidates will be prepared to:

  • manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, growing library
  • provide programming and library services to a rural community
  • engage the community as a member and leader in dynamic partnerships
  • empower staff, make decisions with data, and achieve consensus
