We have meeting rooms available for use at all of our branch Libraries.
Please read our Meeting Room Policy. All meeting rooms are ADA accessible, and two have a Loop System (Carbondale and Glenwood Springs) to assist the hearing impaired. All meeting room requests must be accompanied by a completed Meeting Room Request Form. You may download a One-Time Meeting Room Request or a Recurring Meeting Room Request form here or ask for one at any of our branch libraries. You may complete the request form online but you will need to print it, sign it, and bring it to the library whose meeting room you are requesting.
Rates for private or for profit use:
Hours 1-2 - $25 an hour
Up to 4 hours - $75 (half-day)
Up to 8 hours - $150 (full day)
